I believe life is messy and beautiful all at once, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. My approach to life—and to photography—is to embrace the chaos, the quiet, and everything in between. I don’t strive for perfect moments; I strive for honest ones. The real beauty of life comes through when you let go of trying to control it and simply let it flow. Whether it’s the calm before the storm or the joy in a fleeting second, those are the moments that matter most to me.
This belief comes from the way I live my own life. I’m not the person who needs things perfectly planned or polished to enjoy them. I’m the person who says yes to a last-minute adventure, loves a laid-back evening with friends, and would rather take the scenic route every time—even if it means getting a little lost along the way. I’m introverted but fiercely loyal to the people I care about. I’ve always been a go-with-the-flow kind of person, and I carry that calm, grounded energy into everything I do—especially my work.
